ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the second respondent to give permission and protection for temple function of Arulmigu Sri Sabarimalai Ayyanar, Sri Sonaikaruppasamy Temple at Pachamalaiyankottai Village, Dindigul District from 20.05.2025 to 01.06.2025. 2.Mr.S.Vinoth, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the second respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents on 26.04.2025 seeking permission to conduct temple function of Arulmigu Sri Sabarimalai Ayyanar, Sri Sonaikaruppasamy Temple at Pachamalaiyankottai Village, Dindigul District from 20.05.2025 to 01.06.2025. Since the said representation was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2/4

Considering the limited scope of the prayer in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.04.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 19.05.2025.
