ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify condition No.8 (iv) imposed by this Court on the petitioner / sole accused in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7313 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025.

2. Mr.K.Ganeshmoorthi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is going to appear for his semester examination. In this regard, he has also annexed a copy of the hall ticket in the petition. Accordingly, he prays for a modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner / sole accused in Crl.O.P. 1/3

(MD).No.7313 of 2025, dated 22.04.2025 .

3. Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions for nearly 15 days.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is going to appear for the semester examination and in this regard, he has produced a copy of the hall ticket before this Court, this Court is inclined to modify the condition stated in Paragraph No. 8(iv) of the order in the said petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent-Police, once in a week, (i.e., on every Sunday) at 10:00 a.m., until further orders.
