PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records pertaining to the impugned notification issued by the third respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.29/2018/T1 dated 11.11.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the second respondent herein to fill up the post of Village Panchayat Secretary at Nattamangalm Village Panchayat, Chellampatti Panchayat Union, Madurai District, in accordance with Tamil Nadu Village Panchayat Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2013. This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the impugned recruitment notification passed by the third respondent, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.29/2018/T1 dated 11.11.2019, quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the second respondent herein to fill up the post of Village Panchayat Secretary at Nattamangalm Village Panchayat, Chellampatti Panchayat Union, Madurai District, in accordance with Tamil Nadu Village Panchayat Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2013.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the said recruitment notification was subsequently recalled and hence, no further orders is required to be passed in the Writ Petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 01.02.2023 NCC: Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji
