O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take proper action against the complaint given by the petitioner against the fourth respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint was enquired in C.No.1827 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner gave a statement to the effect that he will take proper action against the fourth respondent before the Anti-Bribery Department, Trichy District. On that basis, it was closed on 03.08.2021. After the closure, this petition came to be filed on 12.08.2021. For circulating the closure report, the matter was ordered to be listed today.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has given a complaint before the Inspector of Police, Puthanatham Police station on 10.07.2021. Hence, he was called for enquiry. Since the petitioner himself has given a statement that he will work out his remedy, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, and the complaint has been taken cognizance by the Puthanatham police, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
