O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action as against the respondents 3 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 08.05.2023 made to the 1st respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending life threat at the hands of his own brother i.e., the 5th respondent herein and others has made a representation, dated 08.05.2023.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of property dispute between the brothers, civil suit is filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.130 of 2023, on the file of the District Court, Madurai against his brothers and others and the same is still pending. In such circumstances, complaint is filed as if the brother of the petitioner is making life threat to the petitioner.

4. Let the above said representation, dated 08.05.2023 be considered by the respondents police on its own merits by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
