ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The prayer in this Writ Petition is seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.10.2020 of Arittapatti Village Public and shift the "site for construction of Anganwadi Building at Arittapatti Village" from the presently proposed site near TNEB Transformer, Well, Village Health Centre, Cultivation land and land with thorny bushes to a "safer public place well inside the Arittapatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District" considering the safety and security of the tender aged children. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has produced the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.885/2019/D5, dated 27.10.2020 and submitted that the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the abovesaid submission of the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
