ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11569 of 2020 figuring as accused in Crime No.139 of 2020 registered on the file of the second respondent. The petitioners are not named as accused in the FIR. They appear to have been implicated subsequently based on the statements obtained from the witnesses. 3.The petitioner's counsel would claim that the statements recorded under Section 161 of Cr.P.C., are yet to reach the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4.In view of the said submission, I grant two weeks time to the petitioners herein to the petitioners herein to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. The petitioners shall not be arrested or harassed in any manner till then.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
