When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has preferred an appeal against the order passed by this Court, dated 15.09.2021.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to reopen the Contempt Petition, after disposal of the writ appeal or to file a fresh Contempt Petition before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.
