This petition has been filed to direct the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai [PCR Court] to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioners on the same day in Crime No.205 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the Inspector of Police, Keelavalavu Station, Madurai District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous, since the final report was filed as action dropped before the concerned Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
