ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.909 of 2015 dated 16.10.2015 and file a final report within a period as stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by one Petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.909 of 2015 and that the investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.909 of 2015 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
