ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 21(1)of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation)Act, 1957 r/w Section 379 IPC in Crime No.647 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have illegally transported one unit of river sand by using bullock cart. CRL OP(MD)No.11595 of 2021 3.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the first petitioner is having one similar case in Cr.No.63 of 2017 and he was convicted in the said case. The second petitioner is having two similar cases in Cr.No.1156 of 2020 and 59 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police. 4.Considering the nature of allegation as against this petitioners and the bad antecedents of this petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
