O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on Crime No.187 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submit that a case in Crime No.187 of 2023 has been registered against some of unknown persons. During the course of investigation, it was found that the above accused uses the vehicle belongs to this petitioner for committing the above said robbery. Only on that ground investigation is pending. But so far no summon has been issued to the petitioner.
3.Let the petitioner appear before the respondent police and cooperate with them to complete the process of investigation. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
