ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of E.P.No. 167 of 2019 in O.S.No.941 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 30.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai. He has sent a report dated 04.06.2026 stating that he will dispose of E.P.No.167 of 2019 in O.S.No.941 of 2010 within a period of six months. Consequently, 1/3

the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, is requested to dispose of E.P.No.167 of 2019 in O.S.No.941 of 2010 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
