When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue the appeal remedy which he has availed already. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. He can canvas the appeal before the Appellate Authority. No costs.
