JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Seshasayee, J.) This appeal is laid against the decree of dissolution of marriage passed by the Family Court, Tirunelveli in H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2022, dated 07.11.2022.

2. Now, during the pendency of this appeal, the couple have chosen to resolve the dispute and opted to reunite. Both the parties appeared with their minor child. A memo of compromise has been filed.

3. In view of the same, this Court chooses to dismiss the very H.M.O.P.No.27 of 2022 and consequent to that, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands allowed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
