ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus directing the respondents herein to grant permission to conduct the Aadal Paadal dance program on 19.05.2025 and 20.05.2025 in Arulmigu Mariamman Temple at Muthalikavundanur Village, Sathiyamanaglam, Karur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2025.

2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondents on 06.05.2025 seeking permission to conduct Aadal Paadal dance program on 19.05.2025 and 20.05.2025 in Arulmigu Mariamman Temple at Muthalikavundanur Village, Sathiyamanaglam, Karur District. Since the said representation was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2/4

Considering the limited scope of the prayer in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.05.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 17.05.2025.
