The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to allot either M.B.B.S seat for the petitioner's daughter Abirami Balambigai at Tagore Medical College, Chennai or refund the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- paid to the 1st respondent, by taking into account the petitioner's representation, dated 05.09.2017 to the respondents. 2.Heard Ms.A.Rajini, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the material on record.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is given to 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.09.2017. 4.Learned Government Advocate would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.09.2017 would be considered in accordance with law.

5.In the light of the above facts, without going into the merits of the case, this court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.09.2017 and pass orders purely on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the necessary parties, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. No costs.
