ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w Section 21(1)of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation)Act, 1957 in Crime No.124 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have illegally transported forty bags of river sand by using tata sumo bearing registration No.TN32Y5445. Therefore, the present case came to be registered.

3.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are having previous cases in Cr.Nos.106 of 2017, 14 of 2019, 34 of 2015, 104 of 2020, 165 of 2020, 84 of 2021 and 22 of 2020.

CRL OP(MD)No.11744 of 2021 4.Considering the nature of allegation as against this petitioners and the bad antecedents of this petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
