O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent police herein to file charge sheet in Crime No.103 of 2018 dated 15.06.2018 on the file of the respondent herein as against the accused within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. Based on his complaint a case in Crime No.103 of 2018 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 294(b), 323, 324, 355 and 506(ii) IPC, on 15.06.2018. He would further submit that though the crime is of the year 2018, so far no final report has been filed before the concerned Court.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far five witnesses have been examined. Awaiting wound certificate only, they are unable to file the final report.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
