No.13865/17 PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to enter and lay of foundation or carry out any other works for the purpose of erection of transmission towers and high tension electric lines on the lands belonging to the petitioner in Ghat No.48/1 admeasuring 3.38 acres, 45/4A admeasuring 1.78 acres, 41/4 admeasuring 1.92 acres, 39/6 admeasuring 3.02 acres, 38/5 admeasuring 2.22 acres, 36/2 admeasuring 2.46 acres and 32/1c admeasuring 0.65 acres situated in Ramnad District, Paramakudi Taluk, Pambur Village and further direct the respondents to erect the same on the dry river bed adjacent to the petition mentioned property.
