The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.21596 of 2021, dated 21.11.2023.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Insurance Company submitted that a sum of Rs.5,75,000/- has been deposited on 04.08.2024 in favour of PNP Housing Finance Limited / first respondent. The relevant document was also produced before this Court.
