RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an interim direction directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated on 29.03.2016 and give electricity connection to me premises in S.No.967, N.Paraipatti, Kulathur Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District till the disposal of the writ petition ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SELVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.RAJESHWARI for Mr.S.M.S.

JOHNY BASH, Senior Counsel for TNEB, the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of interim direction to give electricity service connection to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) to the respondents towards arrears amount within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court.
