For R1 and R2 O R D E R This petition is filed to issue a direction directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and direct the first respondent to take necessary action against the second respondent.

2.The case of the petitioner is that there was a money dispute between the petitioner and the Palani only. He has not borrowed any money from the third respondent herein. Now, third respondent has given a complaint to the second respondent herein stating that he was running the business along with petitioner, on that basis, the petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- from him. Based on the compliant, the second respondent police continuously harass the petitioner and his family members.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11718 of 2021 based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.374 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner himself given an undertaking that he will settle the entire amount to the third respondent. On such undertaking, the case was closed by observing that it is a purely money dispute.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, as infructuous.
