PRAYER :- To call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.468 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.468 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, both side counsel are present. The learned Counel for State of TN (Crl.Side) for the first respondent would submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and thereby, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3.Since the present petition is to challenge the FIR and now, after elaborate investigation, final report was filed, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report, as there are averments to constitute the offence as per the FIR. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to 2/4
