ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to give adequate Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner as well as his family members on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 12.03.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 15.08.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
