This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.2 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today,the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has conducted investigation and after investigation since prima facie materials available as against the petitioners they filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi and the same was taken on file in C.C. No.158 of 2021.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and no materials available before this Court in respect of final report, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Further the trial Court is directed to complete the trial proceedings as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
