PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.88 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A2 herein, who were arrested on 01.06.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 336 IPC and Section 25(1A) of Arms Act in Crime No.88 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 01.06.2022 at about 09.45 am., when the respondent police as usual was on patrol duty, they found that the petitioners threatened the public and endangered their life by using sword. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners 1 and 2 are having 6 and 5 previous cases respectively. 4.Considering the duration of the custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. 5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
