This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records and set aside the order passed by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge(FAC), (PCR Court), Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.1150 of 2024 dated 14.06.2024(CIS No.177 of 2024) and enlarge the Appellant on bail, by allowing this Appeal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
