2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that due to illness, the petitioners could not execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate in time.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 22.07.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9774 of 2021.
