ORDER

The petitioner, who is the son of the unfortunate mother/4th respondent herein, has filed this writ petition, to forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from interfering with the dispute between him and his mother.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it is only a dispute between the mother and son. But, the respondent Police are interfering with their personal dispute and harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submits that the petitioner has taken the ATM card of his mother/4th respondent, who is a pensioner and also swindled a sum of Rs.22 lakhs from the account of his mother.

4. If the petitioner has taken the amount intentionally without the consent or without the knowledge of the 4th respondent, the respondent Police shall register a case against the petitioner and recover the amount from him.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 10.07.2024 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
