O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, made in Crl.M.P.No.892 of 2022, dated 13.06.2022, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- before the trial Court in Crime No.14 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an agriculturalist and due to financial crisis, he is not in a position to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- and that the said condition may be modified. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State has not raised any serious objections for modification. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/-, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty 2/4

Thousand Only) before the trail Court in Crime No.14 of 2022 on the file of Seithur Rural Police Station and the other conditions imposed by the learned Judge shall remain unaltered.
