JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant withdraws her appearance. 2.It is seen that the appellant filed O.A.No.1 of 2020 before the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Madurai for settlement of a scheme for the petition mentioned temple. In the said OA, S.M.Raja, the first respondent herein filed impleading petition. The impleading petition was allowed. Aggrieved by the same, the appellant filed revision petition before the Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Chennai. In the revision petition, interim stay was granted. The interim order was challenged by the first respondent herein by filing W.P.(MD)No.8183 of 2022. The interim order was set aside and the matter was remitted to the file of the Commissioner for passing fresh order vide order dated 27.04.2022. Questioning the same, this writ appeal came to filed.

3.In the meanwhile, the original application itself was transferred to the file of the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable 3/5

Endowment Department, Dindigul and then disposed of on 11.01.2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal. The writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
