Respondent / Respondent / Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8972 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 in respect of appearance of the petitioner before the responent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months and thereafter every sundary at 10.30 a.m. for another period of 2 months for interrogation.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NARAYANAKUMAR K P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8972 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023 in respect of appearance of the petitioner before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months and thereafter, every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for another period of 2 months for investigation. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already complying with the condition before the Cyber Crime Police, Sivagangai in Crime No.10 of 2023.
