ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH,J.) Pursuant to the earlier order passed on 03.06.2026, the matter was listed for hearing today.

2. The Investigation Officer was also present at the time of hearing. Based on the instructions received from the Investigation Officer, the learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) submitted that all the articles belonging to the victim girl have been collected from the other side.

3. It was also submitted that all the incriminating videos and photos have been deleted from the mobile phone as well as from the social media platform.

4. The victim girl along with her father were present and she confirmed that all the articles were received by her.
