ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6234 of 2024 in Crl.A. (MD)No.396 of 2024 dated 21.06.2024, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial under POCSO Act cases, Thanjavur, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Counsel for State of Tamil Nadu (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP. (MD)No.6234 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.396 of 2024 dated 21.06.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English 2/4

Calender month, at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal and on further condition that the petitioner shall not visit the occurrence village and not disturb the survivor (victim girl) at any point of time. 02.06.2026 ogy To
