PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.174 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in 1/3

connection with a case in Crime No.174 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections, 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 120 (b) of IPC , has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused assaulted the defacto complainant with aruval and caused injury. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has vacated the pig shed and he will not cause any inconvenience to the villagers. The petitioner has also filed an affidavit of undertaking that the petitioner has vacated the pig shed from the public place and in future they will never put any pig shed in the public place.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that two persons sustained injuries and the petitioner has also intimidated the villagers.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the 2/3
