CRL MP(MD) No.6003 of 2021 the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9136 of 2021, dated 13.07.2021.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners 1 to 9 herein are complying with the condition regularly from 23.07.2021. But, the tenth petitioner is not complying with the condition. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition is ordered and the condition is fully relaxed, insofar as the petitioners 1 to 9 are concerned. Insofar as the tenth petitioner is concerned, this petition is dismissed.
