CRL OP(MD)Nos.12119 & 12135 of 2022 COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following common order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 IPC in Crime No.7 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and other accused received huge money from the five victims in order to get government job. Thereafter, they failed to do so. Hence the case. 3.Heard and perused the materials available in the records. 4.It is seen that the petitioners and other accused received huge money from the victims by giving false promise of getting government job and thereafter, they failed to secure job and also refused to return the money. Therefore, custodial interrogation of the petitioners is very much necessary in this case.
