This petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the second and third respondent to grant permission to do Annadanam on 02.05.2026 at the Vandiyur Vaigai Basin-Thenur Arulmigu Sundararaj Perumal Thirukoil Mandagapadi as represented in the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2026.
