This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's petition dated 08.05.2017 and conduct enquiry with regard to the impersonation and registration of fraudulent document. 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit the it would suffice, if a direction is given to the respondent to consider the petitioner's petition dated 08.05.2017. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's petition dated 08.05.2017 will be considered in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's petition dated 08.05.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
