Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the original impugned planning permission issued by the 1st Respondent vide Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2466/2020/TCP-2 dated 06.03.2020 and the subsequent impugned building permission issued by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No. 32/2020 dated 15.07.2020 and quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents to ensure the Condition No.5 of Layout approval granted vide Proceedings issued by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.258/2017 ThaUthiKu dated 16.05.2017 without any deviation for grant of planning permission and building permission to the 6th respondent.
