Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner association to remove the Seemai Karuvel Shrubs (Prosopis Juliflora) under the supervision of the officials appointed for the purpose, in the survey Number 452 of Sitharanayakanpatti to 85 in the River Vaipar, in Kotta Natham Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Gururaj For Respondents : Mr.D.Muruganandam, Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to permit the petitioner's association to remove Prosopis Juliflora in the place mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

3.In respect of the relief sought in the writ petition, this Court has passed various orders in W.P(MD)No.16485 of 2015. Under the said circumstances separate order need not be passed in this writ petition. However if there is any lapse in removing Seema Karuvelam trees, the petitioner is entitled to give proper representation to proper persons.

4.With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
