IN CRIME NO. 384 OF 2018 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by the order dated 16/10/2018 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18680/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18680 of 2018 on 16.10.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.18680 of 2018 on 16.10.2018 is relaxed.
