ORDER
The learned counsel for the revision petitioner fairly states that pending this civil revision petition, the petitioner passed away and in view of earlier order of this Court, the revision petitioner was directed to be treated as objector, while setting aside the application, which was allowed to implead him as a party respondent in the Trust OP proceedings.
2. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and recording the demise of the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
