O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation dated 06.07.2017.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's property in S.No.105/34 to an extent of 323 sq feet situated at Pathalampettai Village, Tiruverumbur Taluk has been grabbed by some third parties in an illegal manner and to take action against the said persons he made a representation to the respondents on 06.07.2017. Since the same was not considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

4. Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner is pending with the second respondent for more than one year, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the same and pass final orders thereon after issuing notice to the petitioner as well the rival parties within a period of four weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
