Respondent PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition - filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the learned District Munsif, Theni,,Theni District in I.A.No.4 of 2021 in O.S.No. 108 of 2019 dated 30.03.2021 and set aside the same and consequently direct the above said learned District Munsif, Theni to send the unregistered partition deed dated 10.09.2004 to the District Collector, Theni District for determining the value of Stamp,registration charge and penalty and to permit the petitioner to pay such sum.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
