O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a Law College Student undergoing second year at CSI Institute of Legal Studies, Parasala, Thiruvanandapuram, Kerala and the third respondent is continuously calling the petitioner to the police station and making harassment.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is involved in 5 previous cases and only based upon the representation made by the petitioner on 13.08.2021, enquiry is undertaken in C.P.No.1395 of 2021 and the petitioner has not appeared before the enquiry officer and cooperted with him to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11664 of 2021 complete the enquiry. He would further submit that except for conducting enquiry over his representation, no other harassment is made and no other complaint is pending against the petitioner.

4. When the petitioner himself has given a representation and when he called upon to attend enquiry, he has stated that the respondents 2 and 3 are harassing him, which absolutely has no basis.

5. Let the petitioner appear before the enquiry officer and cooperate with him to complete the enquiry and if any trouble arises when he appears for enquiry, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings and except that liberty, no other direction or relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage.

6. This petition is disposed of with the above said liberty.
