ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction against the Tahsildar/third respondent at Vilavancode, Kanyakumari District, to dispose of the objections given by the petitioner on 18.04.2023. 2.Notice had been directed to the fourth respondent and the learned counsel had also entered appearance.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader forwarded the written instructions of the Thasildar, who stated that the date of enquiry is fixed on 26.06.2023. A direction is given to the petitioner and to the fourth respondent to co-operate during enquiry to be conducted by the third respondent/Tahsildar. The third respondent may complete the entire process and pass necessary orders on or before 31.08.2023.
