ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to survey the petitioner land comprised in old survey No.33/4 and New Survey No.487/1 at Theranipalayam Village, Lalkudi Taluk, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated on 02.08.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner would claim that he is the absolute owner of the property in survey No.33/4 and New Survey No.487/1 situated at Theranipalayam Village, Lalkudi Taluk, Trichy District, by virtue of a registered sale deed, dated 29.06.2017 and he is in possession and enjoyment of the same.

4.The petitioner would further state that he approached the second respondent to measure the property after paying necessary charges and also sent a representation on 02.08.2017 in this regard. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition. 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2017 and take appropriate action on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
