O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu seeking to produce the alleged detenu namely Dilip Kumar, S/o.Muthuirulandi, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had filed the habeas corpus petition stating that his son was missing. He would further submit that during pendency of the habeas corpus petition, the detenu was traced and he was found that he had married one Fathima and hence, the petitioner is not pressing the application.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
